Tour Structure and Experience

What is actually inside a LooksArt tour?

It's a mobile adventure game that turns sightseeing into a fun, interactive mission for families with kids. Here’s what you get:

1. A curated, non-touristy route through iconic locations

2. Interactive storytelling with original characters like Una and Archebot

3. Mini-games, riddles, AI elements & voice assistant clues

4. XP points, mission rewards, and a final “WOW” moment

5. Kid-friendly navigation with “secret spots” and parent-only tips

6. And yes - built-in gelato breaks and hidden gems

It’s not just another history tour. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure with real-world magic.

How long does one tour take to complete?

Usually 1.5 to 2 hours, but you can go at your own pace.

Is it a walking tour or more like a game?

Both! It’s a walking tour wrapped in a game with missions, characters, and story-driven challenges.

Do we need to follow a fixed route, or can we wander?

There’s a suggested route, but you can explore freely and still complete the tour.

Is it suitable for strollers or kids who get tired easily?

Yes, the route is family-friendly and includes breaks.

Is there a reward at the end?

Yes! Each tour ends with a surprise and digital badges.

Do parents participate, or is it just for kids?

Parents are part of the adventure. It’s designed for the whole family.

Is there a voiceover guide, or is it all reading-based?

There’s a mix of voice, visuals, and text–perfect for different ages and learning styles.

Is this more educational or more entertaining?

It’s both: fun storytelling packed with real historical facts.

What if we get stuck on a challenge–can we skip it?

Yes, you can skip ahead and continue at any time.

Can we start anytime, or are there time slots?

Start whenever you lik, it’s 100% flexible.

Can we play it over 2 days, or does it have to be in one go?

You can pause and continue later. No pressure.

What if my kid refuses to play?

LooksArt is designed by a mom (hi, I’m Marina) who’s been there. That’s why:

1. It starts instantly - no long intros or log-ins

2. The tone is fun and kid-approved, not “school-like”

3. Challenges are short, visual, and movement-based

4. Your child becomes the hero of the story - not just a listener

Still not vibing? No stress. You can pause, skip, or restart any part of the tour.

Bonus: even if they don’t realize it, they're learning and exploring. And if they do get hooked (most do), you’re in for an amazing ride together.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! We believe in what we built, but more importantly, we respect your family’s time and experience.

If you’re not happy with your tour for any reason, just drop us a message at support@looksart.eu within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund. No hard feelings, no hoops to jump through.

Because family memories should be good from start to finish.
