If you bought the tour inside the LooksArt app, through the App Store or Google Play, it is already linked to your account. Open the app and start — there is nothing to activate.
You unlock it with a PIN code
Bought on our website, from an agent or from a partner? Right after the payment we email you a PIN code and a QR code. The steps below are for you.
Install the app first. The QR code from the email opens the app, not a web page: if the app is not on your phone yet, tapping or scanning the code does nothing at all.

Install the LooksArt app
Free for iOS and Android. Do this before you open the email.

Open the email with your PIN code
It arrives right after the payment and holds both the PIN code and the QR code. Check the spam folder if you cannot see it.

Scan the QR code or tap the button in the email
On a computer — point your phone camera at the code. On a phone — just tap the button in the email.

The app opens on the PIN code screen
You do not have to look for anything in the menu: the code takes you straight there.

Enter the PIN code
Type the code from the email and confirm. The tour appears in the app, stays yours for good and works offline — you need no internet on the route.
Keep the email: the same code works if you reinstall the app.
