Purchase and refund terms

1. General provisions
These Purchase Terms govern the purchase of digital tours and related services (the “Product”) on the website www.looksart.eu and in the LooksArt app. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. They supplement the general Terms of Use.
2. The seller
The seller is LOOKSART S.R.L.S. (LOOKSART SOCIETA’ A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA), registered in Italy at VIA VITTORIO SPINAZZOLA 38 – 00164 – ROMA (RM).

3. The product — digital content
The tours are digital content: interactive self-guided routes with tasks, clues, audio stories and a map, available in the LooksArt app. A single payment gives you permanent access to the tour you bought, with no subscription. You can take the tour as many times as you like, including with the whole family, within the permitted number of devices.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. The final amount is displayed before you confirm your order.
Payment is handled by the secure payment provider Stripe. We do not store or process your full card details. An order is considered placed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Activation and access
Once you have paid, a pin code (activation code) is sent to the email address you provided. To get access to the tour:
- download the free LooksArt app from the App Store or Google Play;
- enter the pin code in the app;
- the tour becomes available on your account and device.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to brand@looksart.eu.
6. The right of withdrawal and digital content
Under EU and Italian law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a contract.
For digital content, however, that right ends as soon as you begin accessing or downloading the content with your express consent and with acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. By starting to activate a tour, you consent to the content being supplied immediately and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective or non-conforming digital content.
7. Money-back guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our tours. If a tour does not start, contains significant errors or does not match its description, and we have not been able to resolve the problem, you can request a refund. Write to brand@looksart.eu describing the problem and giving your order details — we will look into it as quickly as we can.
8. Technical requirements
To take a tour you need a smartphone running iOS or Android with the LooksArt app installed and an internet connection for the download. Part of the tour can work offline once it has been downloaded in advance. The seller is not responsible for incompatibility caused by an outdated device or operating system.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
